What happens if i do not like my items or i am not satisfied with the products?

Each of our items will smell different to every person, as everyone has different likes and dislikes.  

We try to label our fragrances as clearly as possible in the descriptions but not everyone will like the scents.

We offer a full refund to any items that you are not happy with, whether that be the fragrance that you do not like or that the item is not what you expected. We ask that the item/s be returned to us in original condition and will refund the purchase. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please make sure you use a tracked service otherwise we cannot be sure that we will receive the items back.

When will my money from my refund come back to me?

Once we have the item/s back and we have made sure that they are in full condition, we will refund the cost of the item to you via the method you paid for the item. 

Funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your original payment method account.

If the item was marked as a gift and you are returning it we will only be able to give you credit or a gift card for the amount for our store.
